This software is designed to meet most of your needs "out of the box".If you have individual preferences and needs we can operate the software to produce any thing you need, or our programmers can create an application that will meet your needs.
BIM Modelling
We have years of experience with BIM Modelling. Our staff is very capable at producing BIM models and we have the staff to attend online BIM meetings.
CNC Files and CAD Files
The structural steel detailing software will produce NC files for beam lines and structural steel prep machines. DWG files are no problem. Our NC files are accepted by all modern shop equipment.
Drawings and Reports
As mentioned on our website drawings page, we normally provide a full set of checked layout drawings,fabrication and assembly drawings. We easily provide reports such as bolt list and assembly marks
Management Files
For those fabricators using Fabtrol or Fabsuite, or similar systems, we can provide all needed files. We also have the ability to custom program files required for other structural management programs.
Project Management
We have the ability to provide project management services.Since we place a lot of emphasis on checking we do not get many phone calls from shop foreman or erectors with questions about drawings. We always have staff by the phone to answer any question from shop foremen or erectors.
Custom Programming
Our owners and sons are also trained and experienced in software development and custom programming. We have developed scripts and programs to enhance the services and options provided by 3d structural software. We can essentially create anything that you can think of to meet your needs. We can provide dxf or dstv or nc files for all robotic machines. We provide custom programming to KISS ROBOTICS that they use to develop custom low cost robotic automation tools for mid size to small shops across America
